We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2023, at the age of 86, Hazel Breedlove Welch of Franklin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen Breedlove and Mae Dehart Breedlove; her husband Odis Paul Welch; and her sister Bobbie York. She is survived by : her daughters, Sonya Welch (Charley) of Franklin, NC, Jan Welch Pruett of Franklin, NC and Sheila Welch Zilbauer (Jim) of Franklin, NC; her siblings, Violet Winchester of Bryson City, NC, Alvin Breedlove (Maude) of Bryson City, NC and Jean Brooks of Bryson City, NC; her grandsons, Cody Lyn Lindberg, Tyler Welch Pruett and Tanner Jack Pruett; and her great grandchildren, Joslynn Rose Lindberg and Gemma Rae Lindberg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Tellico Baptist Church cemetery.
