He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shook; his children, Teresa Wilson (Kelly), John Shook (Sonya) and Jeff Shook; his siblings, Furman Shook (Dixie), Carolyn Cabe (Frank) and Linda Crunkleton (Dennis); his grandchildren, Chandler Shook, Roman Shook, Reagan Crumley (David), Mallory Wilson and Juston Shook; and his great grandchild Maverick Shook. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
