With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Nell Hatch of Franklin, North Carolina, born in Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Hommes and Joanne Hommes; and her siblings, Daniel Hommes and Janette Eland. She is survived by: her husband Bill Hatch; her sons, Jason of Franklin, Joseph of Franklin and Brandon Hatch of Franklin; her grandchildren, Emily, Madison, Zachary, Jacob, Eli, Matthew, Kiah and Blake; and her siblings, Mat, Mark, Mike, Linda Karen and Jackie of Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Smoky Mountain Pregnancy Care Center or St Francis Food Pantry/General Fund at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church Gen.
