Cook (Crystal); his siblings, Violet Pannell, Betty Douglas, Sharon Cook, Eugene Cook, Richard Cook and Otis Cook; his grandchildren, Kara Carnes, Logan Redding, Brooklyn Cook, Tyler Cook, Miranda Cook and Mekenzie Cook; and his great grandchildren, Ledger Redding and Kade Jackson.
