He was predeceased by : his parents, John Kusterer and Elenor Tremor Kusterer; his wife Sue Solesbee Kusterer; and his siblings, Russell, Allen, George Knodle and Carol Osborne.

He is survived by : his daughters, Cynthia Holder (Rustin) of Beech Island and Kimberly Sitton (Terry) of Leicester; his granddaughters, Tiffany of Topeka, Natalie of Winston Salem and Ashley of Marion; his great grandchildren, Selah, Josiah, Isaiah, Adalynn, Emberly, Teagan and Sawyer; and his sisters, Sherry and Sandra of La Plata, Maryland..
