He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Perkins; his daughter Autumn Rose; and his in-laws, Bob and Rose Urban. He is survived by: his father Jack Perkins; his wife Rose Perkins (Urban); his daughter Cheyenne Perkins; his grandchildren, Natas of Oregon, Draxton of Oregon and Zora of Oregon; and his siblings, Kristie, Kent of Nevada and Kurt of Nevada. He is also survived by 29 nieces and nephews, 23 great-nieces and great-nephews, and 5 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
