He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Houston Robinson and Myrtice Morris Robinson; his wife Pollye Wilson Robinson; and his brother James V. Robinson. He is survived by: his children, Lyman M. Robinson Jr. (Wendy), Jenny R. Smith (Warren), Michael S. Robinson (Catherine), Joseph P. Robinson (Sharon), Chuck Kribbs (Sharon), Keith Azariah-Kribbs (Dora) and Kim Kribbs. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Macon Funeral Home (261 Iotla St, Franklin, NC 28734). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home (261 Iotla St, Franklin, NC 28734). A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Grandview Cemetery.
