She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carlyle Willingham and Margaret Mathenson Willingham; and her siblings, Mary Willingham and Bill Willingham. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Wolfe; her sister Jane Sprague; and her sibling's children, Jennifer Johnson (Bryan), Gary Willingham (Becki), Greg Willingham (Christina) and Robert Willingham (Traci). She is also survived by two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
