It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Myra Waldroop (Franklin, North Carolina), who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Slagle and Louise Slagle; her husband Bob Waldroop; her son Lee Waldroop; and her siblings, Mary Southerland and Siler Slagle.

She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Waldroop and Mary Pittman; her grandsons, Barry Browning, Brian Browning (Lisa), Nathan Pittman and Paul Pittman; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Branch, Clancy, Keira, Austin, Blake and Conner; her nieces, Kathy Tinsley and Chris Slagle; and her nephew Carl Southerland.
