With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noel T. White of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Vandiver White and Blanche Busby White; his wife Betty Ann Shaw White; and his siblings, Louise White Gaines, Bill, Neal, Chandler, Eddie and Marion White.
He is survived by: his children, Michael T. White (Christine) of New Bern, NC and Tammy Pendergrass of Franklin, NC; his sister Barbara Temples (Mark) of Hartwell; his grandchildren, Justin Capps (Elyse), Noel White (Nicole) and Wilson White (Holly); and his great grandchildren, Brianna White, Grace Biladeau and Jocelyn Lee.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hartwell Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A burial was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Memorial Garden of Prayer (3686 Elberton Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643).
