He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl (Eva Rogers Bolick) and Odell; and his former wife Dorothy Arnold Bolick. He is survived by: his wife Helen Bishop Bolick; his son James Allen Bolick (Margaret); his grandchildren, Alison Reagan and Landon Younce; his great great grandchildren, Courtney Fain and Cody Reagan; and his siblings, Annalee Massagee, Bobby Bolick and Marvin Bolick. He is also survived by numerous stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
