She was predeceased by: her father Leonard. She is survived by: her boyfriend Barry Horton of Henderson; her son Justin Bondurant (Kelly) of Youngsville, NC; her grandson Evan Bondurant; and her siblings, Brenda Thomas (Tim Dougherty) of Moneta, VA and Thomas (Debbie) of Crozet, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
