It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Jean Dalton (Franklin, North Carolina), who passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Grady Dalton and Edna Raby Dalton; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Dalton, Arthur Dalton, Lewis Dalton, Dora Vinson and Mary Catherine Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Potts (Rick) and Robbie Ray; her grandchildren, Faith and Tucker; and her brother Joseph Lane Dalton (Mary Jo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
