It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stormy Cabe of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swann and Helen Swann. She is survived by: her husband Donald Cabe; and her daughters, Kimberly Jo Barber of Johnson City, TN and Kristy Cabe of Franklin, NC. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
