She is survived by: her children, Thomas Greg Welch of Franklin and Paula Welch Rodgers of Franklin; her granddaughter Zoie Cait Rodgers of Franklin; her close friend Novia Talley; and her siblings, Judy Hinton (late Eugene), Tim Moffitt (Donna) and Eugene Moffitt (late Margaret).
