It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Jewel Smith of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Smith and Louise Woody Smith; and his sister Judy Wyatt. He is survived by: his sons, Colton Smith, Casey Charles Smith and Tyler Smith; his grandchildren, Gage, Cayden, Evelyn, Rylee, Alana, Amaya, Ayden, Malaki and Demetrius; and his siblings, Pam Ledford (Steve), Bill Smith, Jackie Beck (Larry), Lytha Hughes (Billy), Juanita Baker and Linda Henry. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macon Funeral Home (261 Iotla St, Franklin, NC 28734). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
