He is survived by : his children, Debra Bowden (Ken) of Franklin, Patti Buker (Bub) of Milford, CT, Thomas Parsons Jr. (Jenny) of Milledgeville, TN and Lori Moore (Joe) of Seymour, CT. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
