She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Buchanan and Edna Picklesimer Buchanan; and her siblings, Bea Bell, Margie Cabe, Myrtle Campbell, Annie Dykes, Ruby Justice, Hazel Rogers, Virgie Buchanan, Kenneth Buchanan, Neville Buchanan and James Buchanan.

She is survived by : her husband James Robert "Bob" Henry; her children, Teresa Henry Shuler (David) of Nolensville, TN and Jimmy Henry of Waynesville, NC; and her granddaughter Heather Shuler Reed (Tom).
