He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Robert "Bob" Holt and Pearl Irene Stiwinter; his wife Debra Holt; and his nieces, Cathy, Candace and Faith Holt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline Maney (David), Connie Moyer (Mathew), Wilma Carver (Dale) and William "Peewee" Holt of Franklin; and his stepchildren, Cindy Waller and Danny Sanders. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
