He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard M. Peden, Sr. and Norma P. Watson; and his siblings, Dandra Peden Bickley and James David Peden. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Peden, Willard M. Peden, III and James Peden; and his brother Lon A. Peden.
