Buff Pearce Obituary
Bobby Buffaloe "Buff" Pearce, Jr., 65, passed away on March 10, 2026 at his home in Franklinton, NC. Buff was born on August 28, 1960 to Kay Minor Pearce-Jackson and the late Bobby Buffaloe Pearce, Sr.. In addition to his father, Buff was preceded in death by two children, Melody and Dewayne Pearce.
Buff is survived by his children, Nick Pearce, Nycko Black, Emily Pearce, and William Pearce; his mother, Kay Pearce-Jackson; and his brother, Timmy Pearce.
Buff enjoyed going to races, shooting pool, playing the guitar and just generally doing anything outdoors. He was always willing to help others. Buff was a mechanic and a man of all trades, he always had projects going; he loved helping Nick cut grass in the summers. Buff was a simple man, he didn't need much to keep him happy, some knew him as " The Twenty Dollar Man" and others as "Rough Buff" .
A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 111 Laurel Mill Centerville Rd Louisburg, NC 27549.
