He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sheahan Powell; his children, Katherine Jean Powell, Brendon Timothy Powell and Lauren Powell-Casey; his sister Pamela Powell Mest; and his grandchildren, Fionn Greyson Powell, Conor Cilian Powell and Quinn Ivy Powell Casey.
A burial will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
