It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Pendergrass of Franklinton, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Roger Pendergrass and Mary Frances Cates Pendergrass; and his wife Betty Kay Pendergrass. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Eason (Perry) and Patricia Dennis (Denny); his grandchildren, Shanon Blair Dennis and John Michael Eason (Aysia); his great grandchildren, Alexis Overton and Ellis Glenn Eason; and his sisters, Brenda Tapp (Tommy) and Linda Lilly (Thomas).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home of Creedmoor Monday (834 N Main St, Creedmoor, NC 27522). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home Chapel of Creedmoor (834 N Main St, Creedmoor, NC 27522). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Gardens (102 Moss Rd, Creedmoor, NC 27522).
