He was predeceased by : his father William Henry. He is survived by : his wife Betty Faye Dement Weaver; his children, Richard Albert Weaver and Lisa Faye Goswick; his grandchildren, Kimberly Goss (Tanner) and Chris Goswick; and his sisters, Bonnie Lewis, Anise Edwards and Carolyn Patterson.
