He is survived by: his parents, Michael T. Augustyn and Susan Rickman Augustyn; his brother Andy Augustyn (Samantha Johnson) of Greensboro; his godmother Lisa LaPoint; his cousins, JP Augustyn, Melissa Uhlmann and Chloe Moore; and his close friend Khalell Rubio of Texas. He is also survived by aunt and uncles.
