He was predeceased by: his mother Maggie Bullins Hughes; his stepfather Fred Hughes; and his siblings, Garry Reed and Shirley Fox. He is survived by: his sisters, Madonna Evans (Wayne) and Wanda Reed Singleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
