He is survived by: his wife Judi Tarlton Howell; his son Clark Sterling Howell II of Virginia; his siblings, Bobby Howell (Terry) of Fremont and Jeanette Sasser (Larry) of Nahunta; and his pet Valley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
