He is survived by: his mother Diane Hearne Caviness; his stepfather Mickey; his aunts and uncles, Charlotte Blackwelder, Beverly Harris, Kim Guenzel, Alice Kirkpatrick, Steve Hearne, Mike Blackwelder and Mike Kirkpatrick; his girlfriend Barbara; Tim Kirkpatrick.
