She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Lyon May and Ned Hannon May; her husband Edward B. Brown Jr.; and her brother Samuel Lyon May. She is survived by: her siblings, Judy May Berry and Tom May; her son Edward B. Brown III (Karen); and her granddaughters, Rachel and Hannon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
