He is survived by: his wife Jhami; his sons, Adam, Jason and Chad; his daughters-in-law, Gail, Tricia and Alicia; his grandchildren, Caleb, Abigail, Brookelyn, Adalynn and Bodi; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Trey and Matthew; and his siblings, Jill and Steven. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
