She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Franklin Bell. She is survived by : her son Lance James Bell (Domini) of Fuquay-Varina; her siblings, Jim Parsons (Kay) of Elkhart, Indiana, Stephen Parsons, Arnold Parsons (Shirlene) of Daggett, Thomas Parsons of Indianapolis, Indiana and Kathy Collins (Dick) of Marco Island, Florida; and her granddaughter Breanna Nicole Bell (Dakota Blake Bell).
