He is survived by: his wife Helen Rowland Spivey; his children, David Spivey (Jill), Jeanne Dean (Gary), Tammy Adcock (Jay), Taylor Gaskins and Ben Fish (Maye); his sister Bobbie Rhodes; his grandchildren, Gray Spivey (Gabi), Clint Dean, Nolan Dean (Vickie), Phillip Dean, James Adcock (Jennifer), Jacquelyn Lane (Todd), Sydney Morsch (Ryan), Summer Ceparano (Matthew), Savannah Gaskins, Adam Fish (Kaitlin), Addison Fish, Diana Bevan (Bradley), Sandra Nieto and Gerardo Nieto; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Piper, Lincoln, Emery, Easton, Charlotte, Stewart, Cohen, Eva, Jameson, Mason and Bennett.
