He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mallon and Carole Mallon; and his sister Cheryl Webb. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; and his children, Jamie Koblich (Tim), Patrick Mallon and Nicole Mallon. He is also survived by sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Honor of Jim to the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition.
