She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Chartier and Marie Chartier; her husband Randolph Malick (Randy); and her sister Christine Kingsbury. She is survived by: her daughters, Stefanie Hansen (Jason) and Kimberly Kostusak (Timothy); her granddaughters, Layla Kostusak, Rachael, Emilie and Gabriele Hansen; her brothers, David Chartier and James Chartier (Debbie); her niece Michelle Kahelski; and her close friend Donna O'Brian.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home Chapel (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
