She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Eck and Ruth Eck; and her siblings, Donna Keiner (Helmut) and Linus Eck. She is survived by: her husband Bill Ottley; her children, Laura Gardner (Robert), Jill Shanahan (Mark), John Billiar (Sharon), David Billiar (Susan), Stephen Billiar (Angela) and Todd Billiar (Tanya); and her siblings, Dae Bugl (late Paul), Ruth Ann Stroka (Dan), Marilee Fuehrer (Bob) and Greg Eck (Joann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; sixteen cherished grandchildren; and ten precious great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Parish (1005 Wilbon Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
