He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Rosa and Alicia Martinez Rosa; his brothers, Salvador Rosa, Artoy Rosa, Tilson Rosa and Salvador Rosa, Jr.; his daughter Denise Lozada; and his granddaughter Crystal Rosa.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Rosa; his sons, John Rosa and Pablo Rosa, Jr. (Lizzette); his sisters, Aspacia Rosa, Theresa Rosa-DeJesus and Tasha Rosa-Mejia; and his grandchildren, JoAnn Rosa, Deliann Rosa, Paul Rosa, Tiffany Rosa, Carlos Ayala, Carlos Lozada, Israel Lozada, Dennis Lozada, Sarah Rosa, Robert Morales Rosa, Alicia Rosa and John Rosa Jr.. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
