She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Delbridge Womble and Jarvis Womble; and her siblings, Jim Womble and Rochelle Powell. She is survived by: her sister Mary Rose Strifert of Raleigh, NC; her nephew William "Dickie" Powell (Kathy) of Lillington, NC; and her nieces, Patrice Strifert of Guilford, VT, Elaine McLeod (Franklin) of Raleigh, NC., Gloria Powell of Raleigh, NC. and Sandy Looper (Jeff) of Raleigh, NC..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home Chapel (401 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wake Chapel Memorial Gardens (905 Wake Chapel Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
