He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Truman Mann and Dorothy L. Mann. He is survived by: his significant other Elaine Rowland; his significant other's children, Shannon Decker (Brent) and Steven Rowland (Darlene); and his siblings, Larry Mann (Linda), Jean Higgins (Jesse) and Betty Phillips (Joel). He is also survived by aunt and many beloved nieces and nephews; and his loyal canine companion.
