We announce the death of Suzanne B. Sugg of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 73. Suzanne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jane Gunter Sugg and Charles Henry Sugg; her sister Becky Smothers; her brother-in-law Stacy Smothers; her nephews, Benton Smothers (Stuart) and Cole Smothers (Carole); her great-niece Kate Smothers; her great-nephew Ben Smothers; and her friend JoEllen Stevens.
