Though Charlotte may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Carter and Mary Casteen Carter; her son Bryan Taylor (Mary Ann Taylor); her grandsons, Nathan Reid Taylor (Lindsey Taylor) of White Lake, NC. and Travis Neal Taylor of White Lake, NC.; and her sisters, Judy Jackson of Reidsville, NC, Tina Carter Scales of Madison, NC. and Star Ree Fulp of Madison, NC..
