She was predeceased by: her father John Homer Butler, Sr.; her husband Thurl "Mickey" Gordon Morris; her son Lynn Tadlock; and her sisters, Peggy Norris, Janice Rich, Faye Lewis and Frances Monroe.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Povazsay (Vincent) of Roseboro; her grandchildren, Lynn Povazsay (Jillian Storey) of Raleigh and Emily Piercy (Chase) of Clinton; and her great grandchild Marcie Piercy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
