He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kaye Freel; his children, Franklin Allen Carroll (Linda Carroll) and Deanna Kaye Anders (Keith Anders); his brother Elworth Carroll (Elaine Carroll); his great-aunt Patsy Mathews; his grandchildren, Hailey (Caleb Johnson), Alena (Dan Chabot) and Kaleb; and his great grandchildren, Colt and Henry.
