He is survived by: his close friend Clara Johnson; his daughter Andrea Fisher (Mike) of Elizabethtown; his brother Charles Wade Smith of Garland; his granddaughter Alexis Fisher; his nieces, Brooke Suggs (Cody) and Charlotte Robinson (Grant); and his pet Nellie. He is also survived by five great nieces.
