She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dean and Nona Dean; and her sister Sherry Cash. She is survived by: her husband James Dawson; her daughter Joy Loyd (Christopher); and her siblings, Gloria Dean (Donald Martin) and Danny Dean (Evelyn).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, North Carolina 4-H Foundation (NCSU Agriculture Department), or Transitions Life Care; all of which were dear to Ann or played a pivotal role in her time with us.
