She is survived by: her son Nathaniel; her husband James Burniche; her brother Donald Lawrence Mahnken (Larry); her sister-in-law Kelly Flavin; her parents, Joanne Shaw Mahnken and Donald Mahnken; and her father-in-law Neil Hughes. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home- Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529).
