She was predeceased by: her parents, Zinnie Stephenson and Lena Stephenson; her husband Frank Braley; and her son Guy Braley. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Braley Eatmon (Ashley), Gordon Braley, Pandy Braley Hicks, Gregory Braley (Peggy), Stephanie Braley and Grant Braley (Jennifer). She is also survived by loving extended family, having been one of seventeen children, with nine brothers and seven sisters.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home- Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mount Herman Christian Church Cemetery (8925 White Oak Rd, Garner, NC 27529).
