Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Linwood Dobbin of Garner, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 90, on April 3, 2023. He is survived by: his children, Orlando Dobbin Sr. (Patricia) of Clayton, Jerrie Chiles (Tony) of Clayton, Charles Emory Dobbin (Denise) of Clayton and Christie Dobbin of Raleigh; his sister Wilmer Smith of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Derrance Hughes Sr. (Kimberly), Orlando Dobbin Jr., Charles Scott, Anthony Alexander and Andre McClain; and his great grandchildren, Derrance Hughes Jr. and Adonis Alexander. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
