She is survived by: her husband Keith Smith; her children, Melissa Smith Solís (Jefry) of Managua, Nicaragua and Aaron Smith of Raleigh; her mother Vivian Darrow of Graham; her siblings, Joanna Roberts (Jody) of Haw River, Steven Darrow, Jr. (Jacqueline) of Seattle, WA and Timothy Darrow (Sara) of Sands Springs, OK; her mother-in-law Jerry Culpepper Smith of Chapel Hill; her sister-in-law Lisa Knight of Sanford; her nieces and nephews, Victor and Laurel; her brother-in-law Jonathon Edward Smith of Alexandria, VA; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Solís and Jeffrey Solís. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Raleigh Church (7900 Ten-Ten Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
