He is survived by: his daughter Phoebe Cummings; his mother Teresa Bagwell Cummings; his stepfather Chuck Rowe; his father Clay Cummings (Patricia); his brother Ethan Tart (Allison); his nephew Nathan; his sister Elizabeth Cowherd (Sam); his niece Roxanne; his nephew Tex; his aunts and uncles, Tina, Dennis Tart, Rocky and Becky Bagwell; his grandparents, Gerald and Catherine Bagwell; his cousins, McKenzie and Hayley; and his fiancée Sara.
