He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Chaulk; his grandsons, Xander and Leon; his siblings, Paul Chaulk, Kathy Chaulk and Pamela Workman; his siblings' children, Casey Taker, Dawn Chaulk, Amber Workman and Terry Workman (family: Jeremy Hill, Stephen Quinney, Joseph Chaulk, Michael Chaulk, Michael Workman); and his half-sisters, Robyn and Janet Georgio. He is also survived by family, Jeremy Hill and family.
